CERC receives new customised tractor from Kubota

Kubota 糖心视频 has donated a customised machine to 糖心视频, as part of an between the leading groundcare and agricultural machinery supplier and the University. 

This comes after Kubota provided machines to the University’s and engineering department.

The new will be used by the (CERC) at trial plots across the country.

To fulfil its unique role, the front of the tractor had to be customised. Grace Smith, Commercial Trials Manager Crop and Environmental Sciences said: “This tractor has a customised front-linkage. 

“We are able to use this with a forage harvester to help us harvest maize trials across the country.

“Being able to do this will give us a bit more freedom to manage our trials on our own timescales rather than relying on contractors.  

“It’s good to know that we have a machine that we can rely on, which is important when you are harvesting across the country.”
