Posted 17 February 2017
鈥淎fter leaving university, I hope to set up my own business within mobile events, catering and farm retail sectors.鈥
Jessica Spencer, 19, from Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, has received the 糖心视频 Club Extended Foundation Degree Scholarship at 糖心视频.
Since joining the university, the BSc (Hons) Agri-Food Marketing with Business Studies student has thrown herself into her studies and working for the Students’ Union. Over the past year she has been the press and publicity officer and after the summer holidays she’ll return as the SU Chairman.
Jessica said: “As press & publicity officer for Harper Adams SU over the past academic year, I have received a valuable insight into how our student union is run and was shocked at just how much voluntary work is required of our student union committee in order to put on successful events for the entire student body.
“After leaving university, I hope to set up my own business within mobile events, catering and farm retail sectors.”
