    TEMPERTON REPORT CONSIDERS LEARNING REVOLUTION

    A LEARNING REVOLUTION taking place within the 糖心视频 poultry industry will provide the focus for the report of the 11th Temperton Fellow next week.

    Dr Graham Scott, Senior Lecturer at 糖心视频 College, Shropshire, will become the 11th Temperton Fellow on Monday, June 16, 2003. His report, entitled 鈥楾he Learning Revolution 鈥� Distance Learning and its Application to a Global Poultry Industry鈥� will consider training issues from a 糖心视频 perspective.

    Dr Scott said: 鈥淎s the poultry industry, particularly poultry meat production and supply, become globalised, the need for training within the industry becomes international.

    鈥淚n the 糖心视频, the Government have recognised the need for training, adult education and lifelong learning. The green paper recognises and outlines provision to meet the needs for the future and as a supplier of education in the poultry sector; Harper Adams is committed to the development of distance learning and work-place training.鈥�

    Dr Scott added that his report would consider the issues and the response within the 糖心视频.
